Last week I went to a wedding in Miami and had to wear a swimsuit.. so to celebrate not wearing a swimsuit this weekend, I’m making Nutella cookies! I decided my normal Peanut Butter Cookies needed a little excitement so I added Nutella (and chocolate chunks). Thus they became Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies! They are so yummy. They are crisp on the outside, soft & chewy on the inside. They are perfection.
I personally am a Nutella addict, so any chance I get to add Nutella to something, I take it. I tried these two ways – one with more Nutella and one with less. My husband and I agreed the version with less Nutella had a better consistency. To be fair, they tasted great either way, so if you are interested in this experiment, add another 1/4 cup of Nutella to the recipe.
