  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a quarter cup of butter
  • Optional: 12 cup milk

 

Instructions

 

 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Season the sliced side of the squash with salt and pepper. Place cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes, or until fork tender.

  • Allow squash to cool before scooping it into a large mixing dish. Squash should be mashed until smooth. Stir in the butter and milk until they are completely combined. Serve and have fun!
