Without the cheese, a waffle with the chewy feel of Wonder Bread.

  • three eggs
  • a couple of teaspoons of heavy cream
  • a quarter teaspoon of baking powder
  • coconut flour (two tablespoons)
  • a generous teaspoon of salt
  • a pinch of salt


In a small mixing dish, beat the eggs.


Blend in the remaining ingredients until smooth.


Add 2-3 tablespoons of the bread mixture to the Dash Maker and cook for 2 minutes.  When they are done, remove them from the chopper and place them on a plate.


That concludes our discussion. Waffles may be filled with your favourite sandwich filling or simply brushed with butter. YUMMY!
