What I Think of This Top-pinned Keto Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

I just love this recipe! It is so simple to make, and you can create it in the comfort of your own home. So, if you’re looking for an easy keto pie recipe that can be made with all natural ingredients that is low in carbs and high in fat, this is definitely your best option.

Peanut butter pie is already a great dessert, but adding real, whole peanuts to the crust makes it one of my favorite keto desserts. I have a few recipes on this blog that use melted cauliflower cheese as the crust, and some that use cheddar cheese. But for this recipe, I used actual peanut butter. I’ve never tried using peanut butter in a crust with real peanuts before, and I’m not sure if I would have liked it as much as I do now if I hadn’t been doing keto for a while.

This recipe is a winner. I love the taste of peanut butter, and have been a fan of the keto lifestyle for some time now. When I saw this recipe for a keto peanut butter pie, I knew I had to try it. After all, it was a fairly simple pie recipe that didn’t require any special ingredients. And I’m so glad I did.

Creamy, dreamy, and peanut butter-flavored.

Aren’t we all on Pinterest looking for the greatest recipes? This dish, a keto peanut butter pie from Flour Me With Love, instantly appealed to me when I saw it. I have to confess that the name (Hi, my name is Colleen, and I’m AMAZING with peanut butter!) drew me in right away. I was pleasantly surprised when I fell in love with this dish.

First and foremost, this cake has a unique crust. It’s made with finely chopped nuts (I went with pecans), Swerve granules, and butter. I blended the nuts in a blender until they were finely chopped.

It was time to add my favorite ingredient….. to the mix after combining the cream, Swerve sugar cookies, and vanilla essence. Peanut butter, of course!

To be honest, I didn’t exactly follow the instructions (oops! ), since instead of whisking the softened cream cheese, butter, Swerve powder, and peanut butter mixture together with half the whipped cream, I just dumped them all into the bowl with the rest of the whipped cream.

I ended up preparing a second batch of whipped cream to put on top. It was still wonderful, but I think my error made it a little richer than it needed to be.

Well! Everything seemed to come together to create a silky smooth filling. Before putting the ingredients into the pie crust, I couldn’t help but give it a taste test.

I added whipped cream, a little cocoa powder for decorating, and my beloved Lily’s chocolate chips to the chilled nut cake with the peanut butter filling! Although the original recipe didn’t call for chocolate chips, I couldn’t help myself.

This cake seemed to be pure keto bliss, but I had to wait many hours for it to chill and solidify in the fridge.

Finally, it’s time to put everything to the test! My tongue was immersed in a tornado of tastes and sensations that simply wouldn’t stop between the crunchy nut crust, the silky peanut butter mousse, and the touch of dark chocolate from the cocoa and chocolate chips.

I’m happy this recipe is surprisingly easy for such a wonderful outcome, since I don’t frequently make handmade sweets. You must try it for yourself to get the same sensation as my taste buds. Meanwhile, I’m returning for a second coin.
