Recipe for Keto Thai Tea

This is a drink that will fulfill your desires for Thai tea from a restaurant. Brewing some suggested tea blends with keto-friendly sugar alternatives just takes a few minutes. The tastes are similar to those found in Thai restaurants, but without the sugar and carbohydrates. Our test kitchen crew was taken aback by how similar it tasted to normal sugar Thai tea.

Patience is required to make this drink tasty. Allow the Thai tea mix to cool fully or chill before serving. That way, the ice doesn’t melt and you receive all of the tastes.

How to Make Sugar-Free Keto Thai Iced Tea

  • We offer a few Thai tea blends that taste just like the ones you’d get in a restaurant.
  • Sugar replacements such as monk fruit with erythritol, stevia, and Sucralose are sugar-free or keto-friendly (Splenda). Make careful to verify the sugar replacement quantities on your particular box, since they may vary, even across the same types of sweetener and sometimes even within a brand’s own goods. The equivalent of 3/4 cup sugar is used in this recipe.
  • Customize the sweetness of your dessert. After you’ve brewed your first batch, you’ll know whether you want it sweeter or sweeter.
  • Allow the brewed tea to cool fully to avoid melting the ice and diluting the tastes. You may prepare it ahead of time and refrigerate it overnight or for many days.
  • If you enjoy the tastes, add your favorite unsweetened creamer, such as half and half, milk, or even coconut milk.

Sugar may be substituted 1:1. We preferred the flavor of this Thai iced tea the best.

This is a fantastic all-natural sweetener. 3/4 teaspoon of sugar sweetness is equal to 2 teaspoons of sugar sweetness

Use a substitution ratio depending on the specific sweetener you’re using (see the back of your package) that’s equal to 3/4 cup sugar, or sweetened to your liking.
