My wedding countdown is officially on. I have 88 days and counting! That means mostly that my dress fittings start next week, so my eating habits might have to get a tad healthier.
Thus, I made this five minute peach mango sorbet for dessert (admittedly, I ate it after lunch). It could really not be any easier to make, and it tastes SO good.
The only caveat is that extras don’t freeze super well. I suggest making as much as you are ready to eat.
This is a super low cal dessert option, so it is great for people (like me) who are sadly watching what they eat.
5 Minute Peach Mango Sorbet
- 1 c frozen peach cubes
- 1 c frozen mango cubes
- 2 tbsp juice (I used Peach Mango Orange)
- Add all of your ingredients to your food processor.
- Blend everything together until creamy.
This recipe does not contain any added sugar. You may want to add honey (by the teaspoon) if your fruit is not sweet or ripe enough.
