Healthy Berry Smoothie

My fiance makes this really great healthy berry smoothie most days after he works out using frozen fruit and yogurt (and no added sugar). It’s so good, and I usually end up drinking half of it, even though I “only want a sip”. I told him I was going to post this and pretend the recipe was mine, but I felt too guilty (classic Catholic guilt).

The smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a pick-me-up during the day. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Healthy Berry Smoothie

Yield: 16 oz

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c orange juice

Directions:

  • Add all the ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth!
