Easy Stout Beer Chili |

This Stout Beer Chili is quick, easy, and delicious. Because it requires just a little extra time to marinate the steak, I decided to cut it in half so this would be a quick meal. I used the Porter Ale from Great Lakes Brewing Company in Cleveland because I wanted a beer with a little more flavor than your standard American lager. I only made the chili in the evening so I could turn off the oven in the morning, but I’ve left the recipe as written so you can still enjoy the meal the next day if you choose.

This chili is a great way to make a meal out of a boring winter day. It is filling and delicious with the added benefit of being a chili with beer in it.

Stout beer is one of the best types of beer to use in chili, especially if you’re looking for a bold flavor. It adds a nice depth of flavor that compliments the chili. This recipe uses a stout-style beer that’s made for cooking, since it’s higher in alcohol content, and you’re going to need it. This recipe is simple and quick to make, and uses a traditional beer that’s easy to find and inexpensive. Enjoy!
