Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flax meal and spices in a large mixing basin. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.
Pumpkin seeds and entire flax seeds should be added. Mix.
Add water and soak for at least 10-15 minutes to absorb the liquid.
Flatten dough with 1-2 pieces of parchment paper.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until desired crispiness is achieved. Allow to cool fully before cutting.
Place on the counter in a zip-top bag. Enjoy!
