Keto Coconut Flour Bread | 1g Carbs

Today I am going to share with you all my keto coconut flour bread recipe. I have been making this bread for a while now and I find myself making this bread at least twice a week because it is so yummy!

It is no secret that many people are unhappy with their weight. Knowledge of how to eat to maintain a healthy weight is becoming more and more common, and studies show that more of us are eating healthier foods. At the same time, a growing number of people find themselves unable to lose even a few pounds. This is the one piece of information that is almost universally accepted by everyone, so it is no surprise that it is so frequently used as a dieting tool.

Have you tried making bread from coconut flour? Many people have, but think it’s too time consuming and tough to make. Well, I’ll show you how easy it is to make almond flour bread with coconut flour and keep it low carb!

This is my personal favorite bread recipe. It’s not only a good alternative for people who are allergic to nuts, but it’s also full of rosemary and garlic flavors. In my opinion, the finest way to consume any bread is as toast, and this recipe is no exception. Toast it in the oven or on the stove and serve with butter! We guarantee that this keto bread recipe will revolutionize the way you eat it.

How to Make Coconut Flour Bread

On a keto diet, you have two flour alternatives for baking bread. Almond flour and coconut flour If you’re looking for a keto bread recipe that uses almond flour, try our alternative recipe. The inclusion of coconut flour results in a lower-calorie, flakier bread, which is a family favorite.

Adding a lot of fat

On a ketogenic diet, fat is always your friend, and this bread recipe is no exception. This recipe calls for a stick of butter, which can be replaced with other fats such as coconut oil, but butter yields the best results.

Herbs and spices are a great way to add flavor to a dish.

In this dish, we use rosemary and garlic, but you can use whichever herbs and spices you choose. You can omit the ingredients if you like, but keto breads benefit from a little extra flavor. Low carb loaves will lack the delightful yeast flavor that regular bread possesses.

There is no eggy flavor.

Many keto breads have a strong egg flavor, but this coconut flour bread does not. It has a light coconut flavor with hints of garlic and rosemary. If you still want to get rid of the egg flavor, a small drop of vinegar is a surefire way to do that. 1 teaspoon should suffice.

Before slicing, allow to cool.

This is vital information! You’ll end up with a crumbly mess if you try to slice into this coconut flour loaf before it has completely cooled. Because coconut flour is famously crumbly, you’ll want to slice this with a bread knife if you have one on hand. This loaf will take around 60 minutes to cool completely.

Keep refrigerated

This coconut flour bread, like most low-carb breads, should be kept refrigerated. Due to their high moisture content, they will spoil in a matter of days if left on the counter. This will keep for about a week in the fridge or 1-2 months in the freezer. Before freezing the bread, I prefer to slice it.
