  • a pound of sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • Tomato Slices (1/2 cup)
  • 1 chile verde
  • Carrots, grated 1/2 cup
  • 2 tsp cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped red cabbage
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp masala for chat
  • 1 cup flaked jowar
  • 1/2 cup sancka sancka sancka sancka san
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • To begin, fill a pot halfway with water and salt and bring to a boil. Add the sprouts and cook for 1 minute before draining ( Boiling sprouts is an option you can take raw sprouts also).

  • In a mixing dish, combine the sprouts, onions, tomatoes, carrot, red cabbage, and cucumber, and cut them into tiny pieces. Cut the green chilli and coriander into tiny pieces.

  • Add a tbsp of chat masala, salt, red chilli powder, and 2 tsp lemon juice to the sprouts and vegetables, and stir thoroughly.
