Tangy Pineapple Strawberry Salsa

Summer is coming and it is time to think of some refreshing foods for the heat. This recipe can be made in 10 minutes and takes no more than 30 minutes to prepare. This dish is a combination of fresh and frozen pineapple and strawberry slices, with onion, bell pepper, and tomato.

This is a recipe for a quick and easy appetizer for when you have friends over. Pineapples are a favorite fruit of mine and I was thrilled when I found out that they are super low in calories! I also love the combo of pineapple and strawberries, so this salsa is perfect for a game day or a summer party!

Summer is a time of celebration for many people, but if you feel like you don’t know what to enjoy, you may want to try something new. This summer, try salsa! This savory side dish has a variety of tastes and textures that will delight your taste buds. It’s also a great way to add a little color to your meals.

This tangy pineapple strawberry salsa is prepared with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, jalapeos, and cilantro for a fresh, chunky fruit salsa! This dish is the ideal complement to those salty chips in your cupboard or the Taco-Tuesday you’ve got planned for next week!

This fruit salsa is a recipe that I’ve been making pretty much for forever. This isn’t the typical type that has berries and added sugar. This salsa has the savory notes of jalapeños, onions, and cilantro and it also incorporates the natural sweetness of kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries. It is perfectly rounded out with lime juice and salt, making it perfect on chips or topping tacos, nachos, or enchiladas!

Which chips pair well with fruit salsa?

These days, walking down the chip aisle may be overwhelming! If you’re searching for a chip to go with this dish, I recommend one of two choices. Stick with a mildly salted tortilla chip if you want a more classic chip-dipping experience. Stacy’s Cinnamon Pita Chips are the way to go if you want to bring out the sweetness of the fruit. With any option, you can’t go wrong.

The kids love this salsa! I made this for them last night and it was so good, they loved it! I could eat it every day. I love the tangy flavor of the pineapple, it’s not too overpowering and it’s really thick. I used a little bit of habanero but that’s all I used and it was still spicy. This would probably be great with chicken but I used it as a side with some pork chops. It was so good. I can’t wait to make this again. I love the color, it’s so pretty and the taste is outstanding!. Read more about strawberry salsa with balsamic vinegar and let us know what you think.
