When you add the pilaf water, it will be enough to cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, but depending on the kind of wheat you use, you may raise or reduce the quantity of water you use and the cooking time.

Bulgur Pilaf Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • nectarine, 2 (chopped)
  • a single garlic clove
  • 2 peppers, green (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon paste de tomate
  • 2 cups bulgur wheat
  • 1 teaspoon sodium chloride
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano (oregano)
  • 2 tomatillos (grated)
  • 4 glasses of filtered water

How do you create Bulgur Pilav?

  1. In a pilaf pan, melt one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in the onions.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté 2 edible sliced onions until pink. Fry with 1 smashed garlic clove and 2 chopped green peppers.
  3. 1 tablespoon tomato paste and half a tablespoon pepper paste, cooked until the roast smells good.
  4. Then, 2 cups coarse bulgur is added.
  5. Season with 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, chile peppers, and 1 teaspoon thyme.
  6. 2 tbsp. grated tomatoes
  7. Close the cover and let it cook after adding 4 cups of water.
  8. Close the bottom of the cooker when the bulgurs suck water.
  9. Cover and set aside your Bulgur Pilaf.

Your bulgur Pilaf is done, and now you can relax and enjoy your meal!
