  3. In a frying pan, combine the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and lower heat to low.
  4. Cook until all of the water has been absorbed and the surface is no longer bubbling (around 20-30 minutes).
  5. Remove from the heat and let aside for a few minutes before serving.
