Since we’re putting the Fall season into full swing, we thought it was a good time to share our recipe for a Bailey’s Cocktail. It’s the perfect drink for the inevitable cold weather—with spicy cinnamon and creamy pumpkin flavors, it’s the quintessential cozy drink.

I’ve been trying to drink more water lately, so I had to try this pumpkin spice concoction that my friend Bailey made. It’s a lot like a chai tea, but it has a pumpkin spice flavor added to it.

Nothing says autumn like Bailey’s bourbon and pumpkin pie spice! Enjoy this easy, delicious Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice Cocktail before trick-or-treating, or pour it into a tumbler and drink while strolling around the neighborhood with your kids! It will make trick-or-treating much more enjoyable.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. That’s it…. I said it. I love how enthusiastic everyone gets at the bus stop when they talk about what they’re going to dress up as. I love that my kids can pretend to be a ninja or a dinosaur for a night and dress up accordingly. I like the ingenuity of all these little people who are free to wander our neighborhood streets and beg for sweets! And now I’m ecstatic because I have a simple yet delicious drink to sip as I go door to door for a few hours. I’m going to make a batch for my bus stop buddies so we can enjoy the evening as much as the kids!

The following are the ingredients for our Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice Cocktail:

• Vodka
• Baileys
• a mixture of half and half
• Creamer with Pumpkin Spice
• Spice Blend for Pumpkin Pie

How to do it:

Half-fill your glass with ice.

1 shot of Baileys and 1 shot of vodka

Add 1/4 cup half-and-half and 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Creamer after that.

Stir thoroughly!

Enjoy with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top!

• 1.5 ounces Baileys
• a quarter cup of half-and-half
• a quarter cup Creamer with Pumpkin Spice
• a pinch of pumpkin pie seasoning

Instructions

1. Fill your cup halfway with ice.
2. Stir in all of the wet ingredients well.
3. Finish with a dusting of Pumpkin Pie Spice.
4. Enjoy!
