Ingredients for Banana Muffins

3 Medium Bananas — Use soft spotty brown bananas that aren’t excellent to eat for this. For baking, they have a lot more taste and sweetness.

2 Eggs — Make sure your eggs, as well as the rest of your baking materials, are room temperature.

a half-cup of brown sugar

1/3 cup oil – melted butter may be used in this recipe. Use an oil that has no taste, such as canola, sunflower, or vegetable.

1 tblsp Vanilla Extract

Flour, 1 1/2 CUP

1 teaspoon of baking powder — This recipe calls for both baking powder and baking soda. Don’t use one in place of the other since they’re distinct components with different functions.

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon — Cinnamon is optional, but it gives the muffins a nice warmth and depth of flavor.

a half teaspoon of salt
