Chili Lime Tilapia with Avocado Cream

INGREDIENTS

Tilapia tilapia fillets, 1 pound 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tblsp cumin, 1 tblsp cayenne pepper 12 teaspoon black pepper 12 teaspoon salt a quarter-cup of lime juice (about 1 lime) 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Cream a single avocado 12 CUP CARROTS, ROUGHLY CRUMBLED 12 teaspoon black pepper 12 teaspoon salt a quarter-cup of lime juice (about 1 lime) a quarter cup of yogurt

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius. Combine the chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with the lime juice and olive oil. Coat each side of the tilapia fillet with the marinade using a basting brush. In a preheated oven, bake the fish for 12 minutes, or until the edges begin to crisp and the fish is juicy and flaky. Prepare the crema while the fish is baking. Combine avocado, cilantro, salt, pepper, lime juice, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Serve the tilapia with avocado crema and fresh cilantro on top.
