Make use of a powdered sweetener.

It’s critical to use powdered erythritol or your low carb sweetener of choice in no bake keto recipes, otherwise the dessert will have a gritty texture. If you don’t have powdered sweetener on hand, just crush the granular sweetener in a coffee grinder. If you’re searching for a low-carb sweetener to replace eryhtritol, have a look at our low-carb sweetener conversion table for some inspiration.

Silicone Molds Keep Things From Sticking

These keto cheesecakes are very difficult to remove from a regular metal muffin pan. If you want to make it easier to remove the muffins, use a silicone muffin form or even some cupcake liners. Because keto desserts are notoriously sticky and crumbly, it’s worth investing in a set of silicone cookware if you intend on cooking more keto desserts in the future.

For a true cheesecake flavor, use sour cream.

There is no similarity between this recipe with and without sour cream. Sour cream gives cheesecakes the sour taste that they all have. Even if you don’t like sour cream on its own, you’ll need it for this low-carb cheesecake.

This no bake cheesecake recipe has been requested a lot lately, so I thought I would post it. It is my favorite cheesecake recipe because it is so easy to make and tastes great! The only time consuming part is baking, which can be done while the cheesecake is still in the oven. (I am sure this will depend on your oven’s temperature, but a general time frame of an hour to an hour and a half is how long I have found that I can get a cheesecake to bake in my oven.).
