Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, scoop out the flesh, and discard the pit.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.

  3. If you prefer a looser texture, add additional oil, lemon juice, or water. Seasonings may be adjusted as required.

Because this sauce is so good, you can use it as a spread as well! It’s the ideal complement to a low-carb sandwich or wrap.
