What Part Of The Chicken Should You Use?
I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, but you could use boneless thighs instead, and you could also use any leftover ground chicken or turkey.

- Wash the chicken well and wipe dry with a paper towel before chopping it into tiny pieces.
- Pulse the chopped chicken in the food processor and mixer grinder until it’s coarsely broken down.
- Now add all of the spices and mix until just blended, but don’t create a paste since that’s what we don’t want.
- Take the chicken out of the food processor and divide it into 3-4 patties.
- Over medium heat, heat a frying pan. Place the chicken patties (one at a time – 1 tsp olive oil per pattie) in the heated olive oil and fry for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown.
- For uniform cooking on both sides and edges, press with the spatula in between. To prevent burning, turn down the heat.
- Done! Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
