Warm handmade maple-cinnamon bread provides all the comfort you need without the carbohydrates.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix together the eggs, sour cream, Monkfruit sweetener, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing dish.
Mix in 1/2 cup melted butter with a whisk. Finally, add the coconut flour and beat for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high speed with a hand mixer.
Bake for 60 minutes after pouring the batter into a loaf pan.
Allow the bread to cool. Enjoy by slicing it into slices.
