Meanwhile, if you prepare your food, avoid frying. There are methods in which you do not use much oil, such as grill, steaming, oven fry, and air frying. Even when you aim for healthier dirt, if it is not prepared the right way, problems might get along the way.
However, if you cannot let go of greasy foods immediately, you can let the oil or grease drip off the food or place the food on top of a paper towel and let the excess fat seep through the towel.
