- 1 finely sliced shallot
- 1 Spinach Cup
- Provolone Cheese, 4 oz
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Season both sides of a butterflied flank steak with salt and pepper to taste. Garlic should be spread all over the flank steak. Then, over the steak, spread a layer of spinach, followed by a layer of cheese.
