This is The Keto Avocado Feta Salsa Dip of Your Dreams

We’re all about easy, healthy recipes at “Just a Little Bite”, and this one is perfect for a party, for when you want to munch on some appetizers while hanging out with your friends and family. Or, you know, when you need a quick and easy dip to keep everyone happy on a busy weeknight.

Feta cheese is one of my favorite cheeses. It is creamy, spreads well, and has a strong, salty flavor. And it pairs fantastically with avocados, especially when it comes to making dips. This keto avocado dip is sure to become a new family favorite!

Avocado is a healthy fat that you should definitely eat more of, and that’s right, I said, “eat more.” That’s because avocados are a fat that our bodies can actually burn as energy. And because of this, avocados are a great weight-loss food. What’s more, avocados are one of the only real plant foods that contain omega 3 fats, which studies show are linked to a reduced risk of heart disease, and may help prevent depression and maintain a healthy heart.

These fresh ingredients combined are delicious!

If you enjoy avocados as much as I do, you’ll adore this salsa. A wonderful mixture of tastes includes chopped avocado with diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, feta, lemon, and parsley.

For additional taste, I grated some jalapeo, but if you don’t like spicy, leave it out. In reality, the majority of these components may be tweaked to suit your preferences. Fresh basil or cilantro, for example, may be substituted for parsley. I used lemon, but lime would also work. This recipe is simple to customize to your preferences!

End of thigh: If at all feasible, I would use firmer avocados rather than extremely soft ones, which may make the salsa mushy. Simply keep an eye on.

Chop the ingredients, combine them in a bowl, and serve with your preferred dippers! That’s all there is to it. You may use whatever smaller dish you like, however I used this beautiful mortar and pestle to serve in these pictures if you’re interested.

If you wish to prepare this meal ahead of time, wait until just before serving to add the avocado to avoid it browning.

To serve, I created my own keto parmesan whiskies!

Spread tiny mounds of grated Parmesan cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet to create crispy whips. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees, or until cheese is browned and melted. They get crunchy when cooled and taste well with this salsa!

You can always use whiskey cheese instead of cream cheese, and serve this salsa with celery or other low-carb veggies!

What a novel and tasty snack idea!

This meal was a hit at our house this weekend while we watched the March Madness basketball tournaments. It was, in fact, my supper, and it was fantastic. It’s a delicious keto snack!

P.S. Because avocado browns quickly, I recommend eating this meal within 24 hours after chilling it – but that implies you can’t eat it all at once like we did – ha!

These almond and parmesan crackers are delicious and guilt-free!
