It’s not very high in carbohydrates, but it can contain a lot of vegetables and avocado, and the peanut chicken, marinated in peanut butter, adds a few carbs as well! Because of their high fiber content, we prefer to obtain most, if not all, of our carbohydrates from vegetables.

I adore lettuce wraps because I can stuff them with anything I want or find in the fridge! I may keep it basic with just meat and cheese, or I can get a bit more creative, like we did with our Peanut Chicken Wrap.
