Looking for a tasty and crispy keto pizza crust? Personally, I prefer a cauliflower and broccoli crust (and, of course, Fathead dough), but if you miss thin crust pizza, I have the ideal option for you! Crispy and tasty pizza crust may be made using pork rinds.

Listen to me and don’t reject the notion of using pig rinds to make a pizza crust until you’ve tried it. Personally, I like this meal so much that I created a video demonstrating how simple it is to prepare and how tasty it is.

Pork skins are already crispy, and we use them as a low-carb bread spread in a lot of keto dishes, so why not utilize them as pizza bases as well? This dish is very simple to prepare and only calls for a few simple items.

I prepared my crust using Pork King Good rind crumbs and Italian spice, and it was so crispy and wonderful! I’d enthusiastically suggest them to others! Taylor, my assistant, even wrote a whole essay on how much she loves pig rinds.

When preparing keto pizza using pig rinds, keep the following things in mind:

  • Before topping the pizza crust, bake it for 20 minutes. You’ll wind up with a mushy bottom if you add the filling before the crust is done.
  • If you’re short on time, coarsely crush the pork rinds in a food processor to obtain the crumbs you need. It would be fascinating to see how this recipe will turn out with different tastes of pig rinds.
  • It’s up to you to decide on the garnish. A traditional low-carb marinara with a large amount of cheese, but you can also prepare it with a lot of veggies and meat!
  • The cake freezes beautifully. Make and freeze pizza dough balls or flat crusts. So, when you’re ready to eat a pizza, all you have to do is take out the dough.

Pizza Crust with Pork Rinds

The centerpiece of this low-carb pizza crust is pork rind crumbles, which are as wonderful to eat as they are to make!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large mixing dish, combine cream cheese, eggs, and shredded cheese. Continue to whisk in the pork rind crumbs until the mixture is thick.

Between two pieces of baking paper, place the dough. Make a pizza crust out of the dough (you can also use your hands). Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a greased pizza pan. The top layer of parchment paper should be removed and discarded.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the crust for 20 minutes. When the pizza is done, remove it from the oven, add preferred toppings, and return it to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling.

Allow 5 minutes for the appliance to cool down. Cut into slices, serve, and have a good time!
