Cauliflower is a vegetable commonly used in Indian cooking. It’s great for getting that taste of India. I am going to tell you how to roast cauliflower in a very simple way and that too with yoghurt. It’s a healthy option for starters.

By now, we’re sure you’re tempted to give up on cauliflower. Its strangely bland texture and flavor is enough to discourage you from trying to make it sound appetizing. The recipe we’ve prepared is sweet, tangy and tasty. There are no hard-to-find ingredients in this recipe, and you can make it in less than an hour. The main ingredients are garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and white wine vinegar. You can even skip the roasting step and just mix everything together.

Cauliflower seems to be a controversial vegetable. For some, it’s a member of the cruciferous family and is essential for a healthy diet, while others say it is mostly water and has no nutritional value. What’s in a vegetable, anyway?
