  • Chili Powder (1 tbsp.)
  • Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin Powder (1 tsp.)
  • 14 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 lime’s juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1 chopped jalapeno
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • Lime Juice (1 tbsp.)
  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • season with salt to taste
  • 1 chopped white onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • season with salt to taste
  • Chili Beans, 1 CUP
  • 6 Tortillas (flour tortillas)
  • 14 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
  • a quarter cup of sour cream
  • Wedges of Lime
  1. In a food processor, combine all marinade ingredients.
  2. Overnight marinate the beef and chicken breasts.
  3. In a mixing dish, combine all of the ingredients for the pico de gallo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side on the grill.
  5. Cook the meat for 3 minutes on each side on the grill. Before slicing, let the meat rest for at least 10 minutes.
  6. In a grill pan, sauté the onions and bell peppers.
  7. In a nonstick pan, reheat the tortillas.
  8. Fajitas should be served with a tortilla, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, and chili beans.
