Pesto Chicken with Spinach

One of my personal favorites is this spinach pesto chicken dish. I adore garlic, and when it’s combined with the tastes of fresh basil, I’m in paradise. It’s no secret that one of my tips for keeping on track with the hCG diet is to spice up your meals. You may stay content by enjoying your food and enhancing the taste.

Chicken with Spinach Pesto

Directions:

Cook chicken with 1/4 cup chicken stock in a small saucepan until liquid is absorbed and meat is gently browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and deglaze with the remaining 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cook for 1 minute after adding the spinach and fresh basil. Remove the pan from the heat. Combine spinach, garlic, lemon juice, Bragg’s, and spices in a blender. Add the sauce to the chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes before serving.
