  • 1 big sliced onion
  • salt kosher
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 12 ounces egg noodles, boiled as directed on the package
  • a half-cup of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • Parsley, freshly cut, to serve as a garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
