Creamy One Pan Chicken Lasagna

If you’re running low on time and want an easy recipe that’s ready in just one hour, you can’t go wrong with this one-pot chicken dinner. All you need is one pan, a few basic ingredients and 10 minutes of your time. This recipe is filling, filling and filling—a hearty meal packed with flavor that keeps you full and energized throughout the afternoon.

For years, I’ve been making lasagna like I would a traditional lasagna-type casserole, but I never liked how it turned out since it lacked the freshness and flavor of a homemade lasagna, so I’ve been trying to think of a way to make it that would be better. I’ve tweaked my lasagna recipe to create a creamy sauce to go on top of the noodles, but I wanted to take it a step further. I’ve decided to go with a layered approach by layering a cream sauce like marinara sauce on top of the noodles. The result is a delicious, rich, flavorful lasagna that is cooked in one pan.

The one-pan lasagna is one of the most popular meals around, and it’s perfect for dinner parties. Yet the one-pan version can be a bit of a pain to make, with lots of bubbling pans and pans to clean. So, here’s my recipe for a one-pan chicken and tomato version that is both easy and delicious. It’s also perfect for the whole family, especially the kids.

This Creamy One-Pan Chicken Lasagna is rich, creamy, and flavorful! This lasagna may be the simplest you’ve ever cooked, using just one pan and seven ingredients. Delicious noodles simmer in broth and cream with spicy herbs to create one of the greatest skillet meals ever!

Who has time to make and assemble an elaborate lasagna in the classic casserole sense these days? I like a nice white lasagna and wanted a recipe that would be easy to prepare and clean up. Yes, the noodles cook in the skillet as well! Everyone in my family like this since it gets devoured so quickly!

Ricotta is a kind of cheese.

Ricotta cheese is produced most frequently from cow’s milk. Most cheeses are produced by separating the curds from the whey, which is done by producers. Ricotta is produced from the curd that has been left over in the whey. Ricotta is a soft, light cheese with a spongey texture. It’s also very wet.

What is the white sauce used in lasagna?

There are several recipes that call for jarred or canned Alfredo sauce. I prepare the white sauce from scratch in this recipe. Heavy whipped cream, ricotta cheese, and chicken broth are combined in this dish. To give it a nice taste, I add herbs and spice. To finish it off, mozzarella cheese is melted on top and then stirred in. You may always use half & half or whole milk instead of heavy whipping cream. The thickness will diminish, but the flavor will remain delicious!

Once the stock has reached a boil, break apart the lasagna noddles by hand (to your desired size) and toss them into the broth mixture. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid on. Stir the noodles 2-3 times to ensure they don’t cling to each other or the skillet’s bottom.

Return the diced chicken to the pot after the noodles are completely cooked, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and turn off the heat. Allow for the melting of the cheese! Serve with fresh parsley or basil on top.
