  • 1 tablespoon of mustard oil
  • a half teaspoon of salt
  • a half teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • ten to twelve prawns

coatings ingredients

  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (modify according to personal preference)
