Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dry the wings (and tear them down if desired) before placing them in a ziploc bag. Shake the wings in the bag with the baking powder and salt to completely coat them.
Place them in a single layer on a baking rack on a baking sheet and bake them for 20 minutes. Increase the heat to 450°F and continue to cook for another 30 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
Cook in a skillet by slicing each piece of bacon into thirds. Remove from the equation.
In a small saucepan, boil the bacon drippings and butter until the butter has melted. Combine the salt and pepper, then remove from the fire.
In a large Tupperware, combine the cooked wings and fried bacon strips. Pour the butter sauce over the wings and bacon, along with the parsley and Parmesan. Close the container and shake it vigorously until everything is thoroughly covered.
Serve right away and enjoy!
