These cookies are nicely spiced and not too sugary, and they’re topped off with a simple and quick powdered sugar icing! You’ll adore how simple and easy they are to prepare, and you’ll fall in love with them from the first taste.
Ingredients for an Iced Pumpkin Cookie
-Flour: To make a gluten-free foundation for these cookies, we’ll need 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
-Baking Soda: This leavening ingredient aids in the rising of the cookies, making them light and fluffy. We just need 1 teaspoon.

Recipe for Pumpkin Cookies
