I wanted to create something that everyone would enjoy, not just eat. This dish was so simple to make that I couldn’t believe how delicious it turned out! When we have company, I serve this as an afternoon snack or as part of a charcuterie board. It’s simple to do and produces fantastic results. It’s never been easier for me to get vegetables into my kids.

Is it necessary for me to wash my cauliflower before I eat it?

I’d wash your cauliflower without a doubt. I would remove the leaves and chop the cauliflower into any shape you want. After that, strain it and run water over it for about a minute.   • Cauliflower
  • Bread Crumbs from Italy
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano

To prepare our Italian Roasted Cauliflower, follow these steps:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Set aside a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Remove all of the leaves from the cauliflower head and chop it into florets that are about the same size.

Melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the garlic gently.

In two separate dishes, combine the Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan Parmesan.
