Keto Cheesy Bread Twists – Recipe (Video)

This recipe is for Keto Cheesy Bread Twists, a low carb, keto-friendly twist on your average cheesy bread roll. It is similar to the popular Low Carb Baguette recipe, but is made with flax and psyllium, so it is an excellent source of fibre and protein.

It’s a newish member of the Keto diet, but it has a very low carb count. I was looking for something to make at home and was inspired by the microwave Cheesy Burger recipe. I wanted to make bread, but I also wanted to make a “twist” on the burger. I also wanted to use the cheesy bread sticks I had bought recently, but they were on sale and I wasn’t willing to pay $1.49 for them, so I decided to make my own. I hope you like them as much as I do!

I have been following a very low carb diet for the last month and a half. I have lost nearly 20 pounds. In the last week or so, I have become obsessed with bread. I have always loved bread, but I have been eating it with a sad little side of butter. While I have been trying to lose weight, it has become increasingly difficult to find low carb bread options.
