Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Low Carbs

Instructions:

  • Shred or chop the cooked chicken breast and combine it with the other ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

  • Combine everything with a spatula or fork until it’s completely combined. Microwaving it for 15-20 seconds will help it melt down and come together more easily.

  • Form 2 medium-sized patties and put them on a platter once completely combined. 15 minutes in the freezer

  • Add some grease to a medium skillet and cook it over high heat (1/4 inch thick layer should enough).

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy, before adding the frozen burgers. Serve right away!
