Instructions

  1. Refrigerate the coconut milk for at least 4 hours to separate the cream from the coconut water.

  2. Carefully open the container and scoop out the thick cream with a spoon into a dish. The coconut water may be used in a smoothie or pancakes.

  3. With a hand mixer, thicken the coconut cream, vanilla, and optional sweetener for a couple of minutes. Whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth.
