  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt are mixed together. Using a whisk, mix until well blended.

  • Toss the dry ingredients with the vanilla, egg, and butter. Cut the butter into the flour mixture by hand, or use a food processor on the pulse setting to incorporate.

  • Freeze the dough for 10 minutes before using.

  • Form the batter into four balls and flatten them after it has cooled. On a baking sheet, space them at least 1.5 inches apart.

  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before dipping in the coffee mixture.


  • Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, vanilla extract, erythritol, and stevia until smooth and creamy in a medium mixing basin.

  • If preferred, top with unsweetened cocoa powder and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. To make three additional keto tiramisu treats, repeat the instructions.

  • Leftovers should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days (small glass jars work well).

  • Note: If you just want to use a part of the filling, that’s OK. Each Keto Tiramisu will be lower in fat and calories as a result of this!
