Roasted Shrimp and Lemon-Honey Dipping Sauce – A light and fresh lemon-honey dipping sauce. It’s quick, easy, and oh-so-tasty! I made this for dinner tonight, and it was a big hit with my family. I always serve it with grilled shrimp. Original recipe by Kitty O’Shea.

You’ll need: 1 lb. shrimp 1 lemon, sliced into wedges 2 1/2 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. coarse salt black pepper 1 tsp. olive oil 1 tsp. grated lemon zest 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. chopped mint 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil leaves 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. On a large sheet of parchment paper, toss shrimp with olive oil, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, red pepper flakes, mint, basil, parsley, salt, and black pepper. 3. Place the parchment paper with the shrimp on a baking sheet. 4. Bake until shrimp are opaque and just cooked through
