- a pound of sprouts
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 CUP ONIONS, CRUMBLED
- Tomato Slices (1/2 cup)
- 1 chile verde
- Carrots, grated 1/2 cup
- 2 tsp cucumber, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped red cabbage
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp masala for chat
- 1 cup flaked jowar
- 1/2 cup sancka sancka sancka sancka san
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

To begin, fill a pot halfway with water and salt and bring to a boil. Add the sprouts and cook for 1 minute before draining ( Boiling sprouts is an option you can take raw sprouts also).

In a mixing dish, combine the sprouts, onions, tomatoes, carrot, red cabbage, and cucumber, and cut them into tiny pieces. Cut the green chilli and coriander into tiny pieces.

Add a tbsp of chat masala, salt, red chilli powder, and 2 tsp lemon juice to the sprouts and vegetables, and stir thoroughly.
