8 oz. minced pork, shrimp, chicken, or tofu, as desired    
oyster sauce (two tablespoons)    
2 tablespoons soy sauce or fish sauce    
1 tbsp sugar (about 1 tbsp sugar)    
1–2 tablespoons fermented soy beans    
3 minced garlic cloves    
2 tablespoons of olive oil
