In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine all of the ingredients for the whipped cream frosting. Whip until everything is well mixed.

Whip the heavy whipping cream with beaters in a separate dish until firm peaks form.

Gently fold together the buttercream and the whipping cream until smooth and blended.

On the sugar cookie foundation, spread a liberal quantity of Whipped Cream Frosting. Serve with fresh strawberry slices on top.
