Taking cauliflower out of the freezer and making a handmade side dish whenever you need it is incredibly handy! Cauliflower cooked in chicken broth is a delicious and fast method to prepare it. A large quantity of Romano or Parmesan cheese, which gives the puree a deeper and more delectable taste, is the key to a great cauliflower puree.

Thigh tip: Instead of Parmesan (Collin’s fave! ), grate fresh Pecorino Romano cheese.

Drain the water from the cauliflower and place it in a food processor. If you don’t have a blender, purée by hand or with a strong hand blender. The cauliflower should then be brushed (or mixed) with fresh cheese, Romano or Parmesan, salt, and pepper. It couldn’t be much easier!

P.S. Don’t throw away the chicken broth. Make a delectable sauce!
