Cheese Balls Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 cup potatoes, mashed
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp capsicum, chopped
  • 3 tbsp carrots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of spring onions
  • a tablespoon of coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust as needed)
  • 10 cheese cubes (according to the size of the balls)

Prepare ahead of time:

  • Bring the potatoes to a boil. Peel and mash the potatoes. Make sure they’re cooked thoroughly. There should be no lumps at all.

  • Remove the vegetables from the pot and set them aside. Cut the cheese into cubes after grating it.

  • In a mixing basin, combine maida or all-purpose flour with a little water to create the batter.

  • Take a dish and cover it with bread crumbs.
