Vodka Tonic with Orange

Although we all love a good Vodka Tonic, the world of mixology is often too intimidating to the average consumer. This is why we at Just A Little Bite are here to help: we’re dedicated to creating a simple but delicious cocktail for every occasion. Our Vodka Tonic With Orange recipe is a great option if you want to wow your friends with an easy to make, tasty and refreshing cocktail.

Vodka may be a simple spirit, but, Alcoholics Anonymous has a saying: “There is no such thing as a little liquor.” Yes, vodka may be simple, but it’s also potent. A shot of vodka is equal to two shots of whiskey, and, as such, the cocktail is often called a “double.” (Or, in the case of Aviation, it’s called a “double and a half.”)

The Vodka Tonic is my favorite way to start a night out, and it has been for years. The lemon is a really refreshing change from the usually lemon-lime sodas we see on the bar, and the orange is a great way to bring a sweet flavor to the drink without using too many fruit flavors like orange slices or orange Maraschino cherries.. The Vodka Tonic is a refreshing summer drink. With this Vodka Tonic with Orange, we wanted to take things a step further- the traditional flavor of this famous cocktail combined with a juicy, sweet orange- what’s not to love?!?!

A vodka tonic is one of my favorite go-to cocktails. It’s bubbly and refreshing, which I like. We had enough of vodka and tonic, but we ran out of limes one day at an impromptu happy hour with some close friends. We usually have oranges on hand since we’re from Florida, so we decided to give it a go! I’ll never go back to the wedge of lime I’d been used to—an orange is much superior!!!

What is the difference between a Vodka Tonic and a Gin Tonic?

A vodka tonic is a drink made with vodka, tonic water, and a slice of lime. Because of its simplicity and wonderful flavor, this is a highly popular and traditional drink!

What are the calories in a vodka tonic?

The fact that vodka tonics are relatively low in calories and sugar when compared to other drinks is one of the reasons for their popularity. The precise nutritional value may vary depending on the components used, but an 8oz drink will have approximately 150 calories.
