What Do You Eat On The Carnivore Diet? –

I’m not a nutritionist, but I am a carnivore. How does that work out for me? I find that when I start to go on a diet, I get really hungry and I eat a lot of junk food. Eventually, I start dieting again and have to start on another diet. Then, I get really hungry and start eating junk again. Do you get the idea? I’ve been on plenty of diets, but I’ve never found one that works for me. Finally, I tried the Carnivore diet, and I even lost a pound or two. I’m not sure how I did it, but now I’m on the Carnivore diet and I intend to stay on it. So, what do I

It may sound a bit funny, but in fact, it’s not that strange to hear people talk about a carnivore diet. People who follow this kind of diet don’t eat anything with a high content of carbohydrates, which are generally easy to digest. They also don’t eat anything with a high content of proteins, which are usually difficult to digest. These people will stick to foods that are rich in fats, such as meat, fish, cheese, and eggs.

A lot of people are interested in the Carnivore diet, but most people are concerned that it’s too extreme to follow. Nothing could be further from the truth!  The Carnivore diet is actually very easy to follow.  You should be eating meat (preferably beef), eggs, and vegetables.  In addition, you should be eating fish, sometimes referred to as a “pescatarian”.  In fact, the Carnivore diet is so easy to follow that many people don’t even need a plan.  They simply eat until they’re full.  That’s it!  You won’t feel deprived, and you’ll lose weight.. This is a meat eater’s dream come true.

We consume a lot of meat, therefore the carnivorous diet is something we’re interested in. In fact, we’re reading Dr. Paul Saladino’s Carnivore Code as part of our newest book club pick because we’re so enthusiastic about it. Who doesn’t want to spend the whole day dreaming about a delicious steak?

We previously talked with two attractive ladies who maintain a carnivorous diet and have both seen significant health advantages as a result of their choices. For the latest, we’re with Charlene Anderson!

Charlene is attempting to consume only animal proteins, and enough of them, as part of a no-carb diet. Of course, fat is an essential aspect of this way of life.

The most significant benefit was escape from illness, pain, exhaustion, extreme hunger, obesity, spiritual dread and gloom, and perplexity. I can think of at least a hundred items I’ve gotten rid of. Who’d have guessed that by restricting myself so severely, I’d feel more liberated, healthier, and happy than I could have imagined?

So we asked them the same questions we’d ask anybody on a meat-free diet…..

What does a carnivorous diet consist of?

Every day, we consume only fatty, unprocessed ribeye (at least 80% fat in calories). That’s approximately a pound to a pound and a half of cooked steak.

Many individuals who live a carnivorous lifestyle practice nose-to-tail eating, in which they consume the whole animal without wasting anything.

Although Charlene likes rib-eye steaks, if you adopt a meat-eating diet, there are alternative options:

  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Pork
  • Lamb
  • Turkey
  • Whitefish, shrimp, tuna, salmon, scallops, crab, oysters, lobster, sardines, and squid are examples of seafood.
  • Bison
  • Game
  • Marrow from the bones
  • Broth made from bones
  • a dozen eggs (preferably organic)
  • Carnivores sometimes eat butter, double cream, and hard cheeses in small amounts, but they should be avoided in general.

Spices, sauces, alcohol, nuts and seeds, processed meat (including bacon), and anything else that isn’t meat should be avoided. Water and bone broth should be consumed in large quantities. Tea and coffee should be avoided since caffeine dehydrates the body.

Joe (my husband) roasts the 1.25-inch thick rib in the pan (no additional fat since steaks are already fatty) until it’s medium-rare. We don’t use spices since we all like the flavor without them!

Where can I get ribs?

We purchase in bulk from Sam’s Club, which allows us to get a better price per kg than if we bought in smaller quantities. Many individuals I know purchase ribeye from Costco and save money. Meat from large corporations such as IBP, National, and Excel makes me feel better. All of their steaks are grass-fed rather than grain-fed or grass/grass-fed.

So what’s the deal with you just eating sirloin?

So I eat steak because it’s everything I want and feel good about. This is what keeps me energized, productive, and creative. What could be better than that?
