Grill for 18-22 minutes over medium-low heat (300 F). Every 4-5 minutes, flip the pancakes. Before eating, make sure the chicken reaches a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. (In the centre of the bird, there should be no pink at all.) Because the chicken comes out so much more moist, I prefer a little lower temperature and a longer cook time.
