Chicken Alfredo Crock Pot Recipe – [Easy] Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

This chicken is infinitely adaptable and can be made with as little or as much Alfredo sauce as you like. The one I made is simple and keeps the chicken moist and flavorful. I also added some pepper because I think it adds another layer of flavor. If you have some fresh tomatoes to use up, throw them in there and use the crock pot to keep the sauce where the chicken is. This is the perfect meal for slaving away at a day of work. It’s also wonderful for a weekend getaway, especially one with a pool.

This recipe takes only 30 minutes to prepare and will feed a crowd. You can also use your crock pot for so much more: for example, shredded chicken, beef, mashed potatoes, rice, beans and more.. Read more about easy crock pot chicken alfredo with jar sauce and let us know what you think.

What Is the Best Way to Thicken the Sauce?

Remove the chicken and stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch to 1 tablespoon water) into the sauce. With the spaghetti starch and cheese, the sauce will thicken.

The second option is to add additional cheese to taste and swirl constantly until it melts and achieves the appropriate consistency.
