In a medium mixing bowl, combine the butter, almond butter, vanilla, and Swerve. Whip the cream for approximately a minute, or until it is completely mixed.


Stir in the almond flour gradually using a spoon. Chocolate shavings may be sprinkled on top.


Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to solidify.


On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make 30 tiny balls.


Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until hard. Remove the cookie dough balls from the freezer and put them in a closed container. Snacks may be kept in the refrigerator or freezer.
